Product Warranty Terms

SPARX warrants each new product to be sold free from defects in material, workmanship and construction, when used in accordance with the technical instructions provided. All new products carry a thirty-day limited warranty for performance to applicable specifications from the date of purchase. Take note that this warranty is effective and will be honored on the return of goods that are accompanied by original, unopened packaging.

Exclusions and Limitations

By purchasing a SPARX case, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review SPARX warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

  

Warranty Service

We pledge that your product will be defect-free in materials and workmanship. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding any product’s merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

What isn’t Covered

This warranty does not apply to equipment that is misused, or abused, or damaged as a result of failing to follow operating instructions. It doesn’t cover incidental damages. SPARX makes no warranty with respect to any defect, failure, deficiency, or error which include but are not limited to: (a) untimely reporting to the seller; or (b) due to misapplication, modification and/or disassembly, abnormal conditions of temperature, dirt or corrosive matter; or (c) due to operation, either intentional or otherwise, above rated capacities or in an otherwise improper manner. SPARX does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party products. 

 

Documentation

To help ensure warranty claims are for genuine SPARX products, our technical support department may require a receipt to complete your claim. If a receipt requirement must be fulfilled, you will be contacted with a request to forward a copy of the receipt, to be returned to us via email at hello@sparxcase.com.
